We had a fabulous city break in Belfast! The accommodation was really nice and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy, which was a big plus after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities and attractions. We loved that the apartment had a nice patio area out the back, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, it kept the kids entertained during our stay.
One downside was the early check-out time, especially since we had to clean the apartment ourselves as it was self-catering. It would have been helpful if someone had inspected the apartment with us on arrival and departure to go through an inventory list.

The apartment had everything we needed and the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for keeping us connected with our friends. Plus, the location was mega convenient, with awesome access to the city and all the cool attractions in Belfast. We had a blast exploring the Titanic Exhibition and getting a taste of history with the Black Taxi Political Tour. It was #lit!
The only thing we wished for was a party room in the apartment. We had such a sick time exploring Belfast, but it would've been even more lit if we had a designated space to chill and turn up with some sick beats.

They sent me so many details, I thought I was signing a treaty! The apartment had everything: washing machine, TV, and even a dining area for me to pretend I'm fancy.
The WiFi was available in all areas except when I really needed it, then it magically disappeared. How convenient!

our stay at hamel drive was amazing. the beds were so comfy, and we loved the nice patio area. the photos on the website don't do it justice, it's actually a really nice place. the kitchen had some nice condiments left for us, which was a nice touch.
Shower pressure was low.

I had a great stay at the Modern apartment. It was really nice and family friendly, with all the amenities close by. The communication from the agency was professional and friendly, and they even provided me with a guide to places to visit in the area. The deposit was quickly refunded. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

The value for money at Hamel Drive was exceptional, and the room was cozy and immaculate. The location was convenient with easy access to the city centre and a supermarket just across the road. The staff at Keyone Properties went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering to drive us to a nearby shop. We had a fantastic night's sleep in the warm and comfortable beds.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The patio area out the back was a great spot to relax, especially when the weather was nice. Despite the photos on the website not doing it justice, this place was actually really nice with its clean and comfortable interior. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a few condiments left in the kitchen.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Oh, and let's not forget the pleasure of paying the extra cleaning fee. Just delightful.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Checking the inventory was a bit stressful due to our short stay. The host provided a helpful guide for check-in and I recommend calling for the key. The property was family-friendly and conveniently located near amenities. The staff, especially Rodney, were incredibly helpful and even offered to drive us to a nearby shop.

We stayed at the Modern Apartment for one night during our visit to Belfast. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The large sitting/dining room was lovely and the bathroom had a powerful shower. The apartment was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the nice patio area, although it was the wrong time of year for us to fully enjoy it. The apartment is conveniently located near local shops and there is easy access to public transportation to the city center and shopping centers.
Can just recommend this hotel.
